Psalm 72:3-5; 11-13. “He will bring justice to the poor of the people; He will save the children of the needy, And will break in pieces the oppressor... For He will deliver the needy when he cries, The poor also, and him who has no helper. He will spare the poor and needy, And will save the souls of the needy."
Proverbs 31:9, "Open your mouth, judge righteously, And plead the cause of the poor and needy."
"My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth." (I John 3:18).
Bringing hope, healing and salvation to souls in need!

Dear Family in Christ,
“Grace, mercy, and peace from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.” (1 Tim. 1:2). I pray you are well and that God is blessing in every way. We are doing well; thanks be to Jesus. God continues to give me health and strength, a blessing that we should cherish “one day at time.” It is certainly true for me. If I go a month without a “medical crisis” I am blessed above measure!
The ministry of DLEA, which has bonded us together over the years, continues to have a significant impact on many lives. The significant results attained by this ministry underscore the importance of your continued support for its ongoing success. Your dedication directly increases the well-being of children by focusing on their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Through your continued commitment, substantial change is being realized, and hope is being realized in their little lives. These endeavors are made possible by your partnership and commitment, enabling us to effectively serve those who need it the most. May God bless you in every possible way.
As I mentioned on the next page, we are getting ready for our mission to Guatemala at the end of this month. This trip will be the largest group we have had in many decades. I am filled with both excitement about the trip and at the same time, a measure of nervousness as we approach this mission. But, many members of our team have been with us numerous times in the past to carry out the work of the Lord Jesus. I am trusting that God will provide me the peace, strength and patience necessary for me to make this week one that truly brings glory to our Lord Jesus. Please keep us in your prayers as we seek to serve and uplift others during this mission.
Recently, I have been praying and reflecting on the conflict with Iran and studying prophecies concerning them. It is remarkable how current events involving Russia, India, and Iran (often called the "Gog-Magog Coalition") may connect to these prophecies. Like Amos in chapter 7:14, “I was no prophet, neither was I a prophet’s son”, but I do like learning what God is teaching me. Perhaps sometime soon I can share more insights in one of “My Little Sermons.”
In the meantime, I want to thank you again from the depths of my heart for loving me, praying for me and standing with us. You are so very dear to me. Every penny you send is an investment in lives who are precious to Jesus and to us. And as always, please pray often for me.
In His Service,
Danny
Josué Octavio Oxog, 69 years old, supports his family by working planting and selling his crops on the tiny piece of land where they live. He is raising 4 grandchildren: Mariano, 16; Marvin, 14; Josué, 12; Ester, 10, and Dulce, 8 years old. After his son emigrated to the U.S. to work he passed away, which was it is an irreparable loss for the family. After that the children were abandoned by their mother, leaving them in the care of the grandparents who with great love and regardless of the circumstances took them as their own children. Octavio earns $107/month. This little family needs a better home

The wonderful news is that God cares for the poor through His people. Each act of kindness, generosity, and service reflects His love and compassion for those in need. In Matthew 25;40, Jesus makes a profound statement about the importance of serving others. This truth is highlighted in His words: “And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’’ THANK YOU for loving them through your support. Your compassion and generosity make a tangible difference in their lives and demonstrate the love of Christ in action. Please continue to pray often for me.

As I shared with you last month, we will be in Guatemala May 1-June 6 with a team of 27 people building “casitas” and distributing food as the Lord directs. We may build as many as 8 “casitas” for poor families. These are three of the families we will help which will change their lives in a great way. As you know from years gone by, that which looks like a garden or tool shed to us, to them is home and a major difference to their lives.
María Rosalía Tagtag, 29, has three children: Anderson (8), Maybelline (6), and Yencyn (3). She makes traditional clothing, a craft learned from her parents and helps support her family along with her husband Vinicio, who works collecting garbage for city. Vinicio lost an eye in a childhood firefight, impacting his job opportunities. He earns $14/day on his job. They live on land provided by Vinicio's mother. The home is made of cane and rusty metal partly supported by a neighbor's wall. With God’s help, our hands and feet, and YOUR SUPPORT this little family’s life will be changed and blessed!
Maria Sucena Pol age: 29, is the mother of three children: Damaris, age 12; Hasle, age 4; and infant, Rolando. She is married to Erick Alexander Talva, age 31, who works in the fields. Erick earns $173/mo. which is less than $35 per member of the family, making it difficult for the family to make ends meet. Sucena sells tortillas from her home to support her family. She manages this business while caring for her family and the 12-year-old cares for the younger ones.. The present their home is made from rusty sheet metal and old rotten wood. The family has been praying for a better dry, warmer and more comfortable home for their family.
